At Kozy Kids Place, we want your shopping experience to be pleasant. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept your return 30 days from your purchase date. All returns or exchanges must be received in resalable condition.

Here is how to get a return:

  1. Email us at returns@kozykidsplace.com. Send us your order number (on your invoice), product name/number, reason for return, and if you want an exchange or refund.
  2. We will send you a return authorization number via email within 24 hours.
  3. Ship the item back to us at:

    Scottsdale, AZ 85255

    For your protection, please use UPS or insured parcel post. We cannot process the refund/exchange until the original merchandise is received by us.
  4. Once we receive the merchandise, we will process your refund/exchange within 10 business days. For returns, please allow one billing cycle for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.

All returns received without a return authorization number will be refused. We also reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange if the merchandise is not received within the 30 days or is not in resalable condition.

All shipping charges are responsible by the customer, unless we made the error.

All custom orders or monogrammed item sales are final. No refunds/exchanges will be accepted.

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted until merchandise has been shipped. You will receive email notification of shipping information. Cancellations received after merchandise is shipped will be handled as a refund.

Holiday Items

All holiday items returned can only be exchanged, no refunds. All holiday items must be received at Kozy Kids Place prior to 10 days of the holiday. All holiday sales are final within 10 days of the holiday.
