Monthly Maintenance Agreements

Terms and Conditions
Support requests are billable at an hourly rate of $95/hour for content and design changes or $125/hour for programming changes or form development with a minimum 1 hour charge. After 1 hour, we bill in increments of 30 minutes at a rate of $95/hour or $125/hour. If you have a maintenance plan, you will not be charged until you exceed your monthly allotment.
Expedited requests will incur additional charges and are billed at rates of $145/hour for content and design changes or $175/hour for programming changes or form development. Client must specifically request expedited service.
Timeframe
Please allow 2-3 business days for support requests and standard website updates.
Expedited requests are completed within 24 business hours of submission. Client must specifically request expedited service.
