Support Rates & Response Times
All support charges are billed at a minimum one (1) hour fee and in increments of ½ hour thereafter. If your organization has a Monthly Maintenance Agreement, charges will only be accrued once they exceed that period’s allotment.
- Content and Design – $95 per hour
- Programming and Development – $125 per hour
- All Expedited requests – $175 per hour
- Standard Support requests are typically addressed within three (3) business days or less
- Expedited Support requests will be addressed within twenty-four (24) business hours or less.
