PHOENIX, Ariz. – August 3, 2011 – Helping people plan their present and future decisions is a tough task to most people, but Mark Bregman specializes in pressure situations every day. Being an attorney requires a current web presence to attract new clientele and show the individual/firm is informed of the economy.

After years of working with partners, Mr. Bregman decided to branch out on his own with a practice under his name. This required a new logo and identity which Fasturtle® was able to provide. Using the colors that he has used for years, they created a type based logo with his initials and subsequent name. In doing so, they were able to avoid confusing his current clients, but also create an updated look targeted to attract new clients.

Mark Bregman’s recently launched website, www.markbregmanlaw.com, is an example of the FastSite program that Fasturtle® has developed for businesses as turnkey solutions for getting a new website. Fasturtle®’s FastSite program was built specifically for businesses that understand the need of an online presence, but do not necessarily need the extra bells and whistles of a larger scale website. “FastSites are special in the rite that they incorporate the brand of a company while using pre-determined technology to help keep costs down,” says Eric Olsen, CEO of Fasturtle®.

Mark Bregman worked with Fasturtle® to increase their web presence by adding social media features such as Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter and a blog to his website. The new website also allows for people to easily gather information, request a free consultation, read testimonials, watch videos, follow Mark Bregman on social media sites and contact Mark Bregman.

About Mark Bregman
Mark has practiced in downtown Scottsdale since graduating in the top 25% of his class from the Arizona State University College of Law in 1979. Prior to law school, he was trained as an IRS field agent. He achieved high distinction on the Bar Examination and has been recognized by his peers and Phoenix Magazine as a preeminent lawyer in Maricopa County.

About Fasturtle®
Since 2000 Fasturtle® has been a leading provider of website marketing solutions and award winning website production. Fasturtle® is a Ranking AZ top 10 website and internet marketing firm located in Scottsdale Airpark in Arizona.

We are excited to announce the expansion of our Fasturtle® team! After several, should we say “terrible,” interviews for our design internship, we came across one diamond in the rough, Brian Skeet. We have elected to take him under our shell to teach him everything we can about design and the internet marketing business while allowing him the opportunity to fine tune his creativity and programming skills.

In addition to our intern, we have hired a sales supper star, Christine Ostrander. She is sure to rise to the top with her go getter attitude and “won’t take no for an answer” ways. Eric Olsen has personally elected to move forward with extensive training giving her the intricate details of Fasturtle®, ensuring she provides our clients with the legendary customer service we are aiming for.

One final note for those of you out there drudging through the interview process, to avoid a “terrible” interview please, please, please go prepared, know a little about the company, and as if should even need to be said, Dress to Impress, first impressions count for 80% of the process.

Welcome aboard Christine and Brian, we wish you success and good fortune.

1. Twitter followers earned are much sweeter than Twitter followers bought. Anyone can go out and buy a click, but engaging in an actual conversation is much more fulfilling and leads to a loyal following. Buying your following could lead to the dreaded un-follow when they find out your content and tweets are not up to their standards.

2. Write regularly and consistently, people return to your site because your information is fresh, new and exciting.

3. If your readers took the time to read the article you spent so much time writing, they may want to share it as well, make it easy, and always include the Tweet and Facebook Like buttons on your work.

4. Write catchy headlines that grab people’s attention quickly. Make sure they are keyword rich for search engines.

5. Provide subscription buttons such as: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google + so readers can easily follow you and your work.

6. When tweeting your 140 character message, include # tags to deliver it to the group of individuals you want to see the information. Example #leadership or #seo

7. As your following continues to grow on the different social media outlets, be sure to highlight this feat on your company blog, or monthly newsletter. People like being recognized for their efforts and if you show your appreciation to them, you are more likely to continue growing.

8. Run polls using the Facebook Question Feature. Engage and involve your audience for optimal feedback

9. Create a contest or competition on Facebook or Twitter for your followers.

10. Respond, Respond, Respond!! Always make an effort to reply to mentions on twitter or comments posted by fans on Facebook. Show you are engaged and appreciate that they are taking the time read what you have to say.

If you have a small business and you aren’t using Twitter, hopefully this blog will help you realize why you need to set up an account today! Anyone that has the internet or even a cell phone these days uses it! Twitter is a free service that allows anyone to say almost anything to anybody in 140 characters or less. It’s the “what are you doing right now” kind of micro-blogging that makes you a part of online social communication.

You could say that it’s a stupid application, that no business gets done there, but there are too many of us that can disagree and point out business value. Here are the Top 7 reasons why you should use Twitter for your business.

Your business should have Twitter because:

7) Everyone else is doing it.

Your neighborhood convenience store owner is using it, the flower shop down the street, and even your landscaper. Even big corporations like Dell, HP, AT&T and Microsoft. Having your business on Twitter is the thing to do!

6) Twitter is good optics.

Using Twitter is evidence that your small business is hip to the social media craze. Although having a website is a good tool, it just doesn’t seem like that’s enough anymore.

5) Twitter is a fast way to get the message out.

You can let potential or existing customers know what’s going on with your business, whether it be a new product or a deal that your company is offering.

4) Twitter will help you stay on top of your industry and/or market segment.

Twitter lets you hear what other people are saying. Using Twitter Search you can find out what people are saying about a particular topic, that way you stay aware about your company and the competition.

3) Twitter will help you refine your brand.

By participating in Twitter, by communicating and not just spamming advertisements for your business, you can present and develop the kind of image that attracts your potential customers, and refine your brand.

2) Twitter is a great networking tool.

Being on Twitter will give you the opportunity to talk to people that you would never get the chance to in everyday life. And some of those people might be the very business contacts you’ve been seeking, people you want to start projects with, source product from or even hire.

1) And the most important reason your small business should use Twitter – because Twitter lets you engage your customers.

Posting information about your products and/or services is the obvious use. But Twitter also gives you a tool to listen and found out about your customers – what they like or dislike about your company, how they feel about your brand, what suggestions they have for improvement, what their favorite products are and why. This will make your business more successful, feedback from current customers or even potential customers.

You will want to make sure, though, that you’re following the Twitter promotion rules for small businesses. If you don’t use Twitter properly, you can end up being seen as a spammer and damaging your small business’ reputation.
