Support Rates & Response Times
All support charges are billed at a minimum one (1) hour fee and in increments of ½ hour thereafter. If your organization has a Monthly Maintenance Agreement, charges will only be accrued once they exceed that period’s allotment.
You will receive a confirmation at the Email address that you provided with your unique Support Ticket identification number following submission. Please reference this when communicating with our experienced support professionals.
