There are 12 pediatricians and practitioners at Pediatrix, many being recognized by Phoenix Magazine as top doctors, that care for and treat their wonderful patients. Finding and scheduling an appointment with a pediatrician can be a stressful experience for many parents. Looking to simplify that experience, Pediatrix partnered with Fasturtle to redesign a more user-friendly website and implement a search engine optimization campaign to increase their online visibility.

The Problem

A fast, user and mobile-friendly website is extremely important for any business as the website is the first impression prospects experience with your business. Pediatrix saw a problem with this because their website was outdated, slow and did not include helpful information for parents or an easy way for visitors to request an appointment.

The Solution

Fasturtle began working with Pediatrix with the goal of making their website more user-friendly, informative and appealing to look at. This was done through a couple of web-building tactics.

First, we designed and implemented a new, mobile-first website. With this new website, Fasturtle included new Q & A pages and blogs. We also updated the Pediatrix appointment request system to ensure that users had an easier time navigating the site. 

After the first two tactics had helped to increase traffic and had made the site more user-friendly, we implemented search engine optimization services in order to capitalize on the success and to boost overall traffic and conversions.

 

The Results

When Pediatrix first started to work with Fasturtle, they had an outdated website that they knew was slow and did not include helpful information for patients and potential patients to quickly navigate and find what they were looking for.

After implementing our tactics, Pediatrix saw a 417% increase in conversions and 350.75% of those came from organic search results.

Additionally, they saw a 227% increase in organic traffic and two of their keywords ranked on Page 1 of search results.

They also saw a 119% increase in discovery searches and a 96% increase in phone calls.
