    Standard requests may take up to 3-4 business days to be acknowledged, excluding weekends and holidays. Expedited requests may take up to 1-2 business days to be acknowledged, excluding weekends and holidays. Fully addressing and resolving support requests may take longer.

    Standard requests are billed at $125/hour.
    Expedited requests are billed at $200/hour.

    All support charges are billed at a minimum one (1) hour fee and in increments of 1/2 hour thereafter. You will be notified if the work is expected to exceed 2 hours of billable time.

    If you have a current Monthly Website Maintenance Agreement, charges will only be accrued once they exceed that period’s allotment.
