To submit a support request, please fill out the form on this page in order for us to assist you in the quickest timeframe. Please include as many details as possible, as it will help us better serve you.

      Standard requests may take up to 3-5 business days to be acknowledged. Fully addressing and resolving the support request may take longer.

      Expedited requests may take up to 2-3 business days to be acknowledged. Fully addressing and resolving the support request may take longer.

      Following support request form submission, you will receive a confirmation at form provided email address that provides your unique Support Ticket ID number. Please reference the Support Ticket ID when communicating with FT’s support professionals.
    • If you have a current Monthly Maintenance Agreement, charges will only be accrued once they exceed that period’s allotment.

      Standard requests are billed at: $125/hr. Expedited requests are billed at: $200/hr.

      All support charges are billed at a minimum one (1) hour fee and in increments of ½ hour thereafter.

      By submitting this request, you will be billed for a maximum of 2 hours of work. Should Fasturtle determine your request will require more than 2 hours of work, Fasturtle will not commence any work or billing until you provide approval for said work.

      As courtesy to our existing clients, Fasturtle may provide pro-bono service for “Standard requests” up to 15 minutes of work. For “Expedited requests” fees and minimums will apply, regardless.
